• Manage day-to-day operations
• Receiving Fresh Load in daily basis on early morning, receiving each and every shipment by insca process in ERP
• Team Size around 70-80
• Create Run Sheet for each WM present in HUB
• Clearing all CPD pending in HUB
• Marking Misroute or Bagging and Assign to Destination HUB, RTO Bagging Assign to MH_HUB
• Filling all Tracker like Morning Tracker and Attended the Meetings
• Make 2K verification of all RTO Shipments present in HUB which amount is more than Rs.2000 and return to the seller
• Cash collection from all WM and Cash deposition
• Checking outbound which are connected to MH_HUB
• Handling the Team and guiding, organizing, and motivating the Team to achieve the given Target

Sorter - E-Kart logistic - Sambalpur

(2017-01 - 2018-12)

• Checking Inbound and receive each and every bags or shipments one by one
• Then the WM's executive sorting all the shipments as for their assign area
• Create Run Sheet for each WM present in HUB
• After creating Run Sheet they accept their run sheet and go to field
• After that scan all Shipments present in hub and clear all pending
• Make Pickup sheet for every WM as for their assign area
