I am Senior Software Engineer in Salesforce. I have 3 year of experience in Salesforce industry. I have hands on experience with salesforce administrative and development work. I have good knowledge about the salesforce sales and service cloud.

In my professional experience, I have extensively worked with Salesforce across various domains, focusing on both development and administration. My key responsibilities have included customizing and configuring Salesforce platforms, developing Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and implementing business logic through Apex classes and triggers. I have been involved in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, and managing data migration tasks.

I have also supported the creation and maintenance of validation rules, workflow rules, and approval processes, while actively participating in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management and security settings. My experience includes managing reports and dashboards, creating and managing email templates and services, and using Salesforce’s CPQ tools. Additionally, I have been engaged in unit testing, test case creation, and deploying changes via change sets.

I have consistently stayed updated on new Salesforce features and best practices, and contributed to team meetings and process improvement discussions. My hands-on experience with both Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, coupled with my ability to work with complex Apex and Lightning frameworks, has equipped me to handle diverse and challenging projects effectively.

I am an engineer with a degree in Information Technology, which has given me a robust foundation in software development, systems analysis, and database management. My engineering education included in-depth coursework in programming, data structures, algorithms, and network systems.
