I worked as a Desktop and Laptop Support Technician from 2008 to 2014, providing hardware, software, and troubleshooting support in a local city environment. Later, I joined Dyanacons Systems and Solutions as an FMS Engineer (2015-2017), where I handled end-user support, system maintenance, and facility management services, ensuring smooth IT operations.
