I am currently holding 3 years of experience in this field as a Fraud analyst, also open for job change.
I handle multiple queues such as Process Docs, Close Account, Visa Fraud, etc. in which I am supposed to make changes to customers account as per the request, check fraud on account and close the accounts. In addition to that, creating the stop pay advice.
I have completed my graduation, i.e., Bachelors in Commerce from Lovely Professional University in the year 2020. Also, currently persuing masters from NMIMS.
