As a member of the PRA DCH (Data Center Hosting) GDC Bridge Server Operations team, I am responsible for serving as the 24x7 point of contact for the Support team. My role involves monitoring the Service Now tool and notifying the Support team about P1 and P2 tickets, acknowledging every notification of incidents or problems, and tracking and monitoring incidents or problems until resolution. In addition, I am responsible for keeping an eye on multiple monitoring dashboards and identifying alerts, and based on criticality, giving a call out to the L2 Support team.
Currently, I am handling 8 clients, each from a different country, which requires excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. My role demands a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a keen attention to detail. I take pride in my work and always strive to provide the highest level of service to both my team and clients.
