Priyanka Hugar

I have always been interested in understanding people—their experiences, perspectives and the challenges they navigate. This interest led me to Counselling Psychology, where I found a meaningful way to combine empathy, communication and support.

I am a Counselling Psychology graduate with a Ph.D. and M.Tech in Biotechnology. I have practical experience in one-to-one counselling, career counselling, psychological assessment, student interaction, group counselling, active listening and rapport building. I am currently providing pro bono one-to-one counselling sessions, offering a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals.

My research background has strengthened my skills in research, literature review, data analysis, documentation and presentations. I bring a patient, curious and tailored evidence-based formulations to my work.

I am interested in opportunities in one-to-one counselling, career and educational counselling, student support, psychological assessment, psychology research and people science, where I can contribute while continuing to learn and grow.
