Responsible for compliance with operational responsibilities in Crew Management Software and Oil Major Matrices on Tanker Fleet.
- Responsible for compliance with Oil Major Matrices (Q88 & OCIMF SIRE) on Tanker Fleet
- Handling VLCCs and Oil chem vessels (10 vessels)
- Instructing Crewing coordinator for all travel arrangements and flight booking
- Following up with Manning offices for Crew readiness and pre-joining formalities
- Ensure a complete understanding of crewing and company KPI's and compliance with the same
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the fleet
- Responsible for timely planning of seafarers and compliance in CMS
- Communication with seafarers and their families
- Ensure error free pre-joining documents handed over to seafarer and briefing completed
- Responsible for on time relief, timely placement of crew onboard
- Report performance issue and on-board conflicts to Line Manager
- Responsible for maintaining Minimum Safe Manning Certificate (MSMC)/ P&I club certificate for vessels in respective fleet
- Responsible for arrangement of Crew related dispensation as required from flag state and ensuring closure within the stipulated time

MHR operator - Thome Ship Management

Marine HR Operator - First point of contact for Fleet Group and Vessels for crew change operations and crew related matters.
- Handling Oil chem, Bitumen and Oil product Tankers
- Monitor, Identify and keep vessel informed on crew change possibilities/plan
- Plan crew change in advance striving for economical ports and maximizing numbers/crew change
- Ensure the crew certificates and training compliance for the crew lined up
- Obtain approval for Senior officers from FG/Owners as agreed with the Fleet Group Managers
- Approval of port agency DA related to crew changes
- Work with planners in getting the officers and crew for your vessels
- Risk Assessment as required by the company procedures to be initiated
- Ensure Crew are relieved at the end of contract and optimize the crew changes per vessel
- Maintain close contact with onboard crew and talk directly for any issues/convincing for continuation etc
- Notify FG/DOC (through Team leader) on any non-compliances/deviations from Thome procedures and/or from MLC/Flag requirements such as reporting cases of seafarers onboard for overrun of contracts
Fleet Personal Executive - Seven island shipping Private Ltd.

Fleet Personnel Executive - Liaising with agents and Master for crew change operations.
- Liaising with the agents & Master for the crew change of Coastal and FG vessels
- Clearing invoices related to crew change
- Planning & operations for connections at lowest cost
- Keeping track of appraisal reports for re-employment
- Making arrangements for any company courses if required
- Dealing with the travel desk for making travel arrangements for the on/off signers
- Induction training will be given to the seafarers during the joining process. Pre-engagement briefing about the Drug and Alcohol Policy and grievances if any are explained as per the company's policy

Senior Fleet Personnel Assistant - Verification of documentation and coordination of pre and post joining procedures.
- Verification of documentation and pre and post joining procedures including coordinating with medical doctors
- Forwarding candidate CV to Management for Approval
