In my current role as Assistant Manager – Projects & Partnerships at DeHaat Agritech, I lead key initiatives, including DeHaat MDC and NaariShakti, a women’s empowerment program. These experiences have sharpened my ability to design and execute impactful business models, drive rural-focused initiatives, and foster cross-sector collaborations at the grassroots level.
Previously, as a Relationship Manager at Samunnati Agri Value Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (NBFC), I provided financial advisory and capacity-building support to agri-startups, enabling them to adopt sustainable and inclusive growth strategies across the agricultural value chain.
Earlier, during my tenure with CSC e-Governance (Ministry of IT, Government of India), I played a pivotal role in national-level initiatives, including the Economic Census (MoSPI) and the FPO Project. These projects strengthened my expertise in large-scale project management, stakeholder engagement, and rural operations.
Across all my roles, a consistent theme has been my commitment to rural development, financial inclusion, and scalable community empowerment.
