Citymax hotel is the prime property of Land mark group. It has five hotels in U.A.E. bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Sharjah, Rak and al Barsha 2. The biggest hotel is Bur Dubai with 700 of rooms and five outlets, clay pot, sizzling wok, coffee shop, huddle bar, swimming pool bar and the all day dining with capacity of 500 pax at one time.
All day dining breakfast is 1000pax, lunch 150-200 and the dinner is 200-300 pax every day, we handle this from main kitchen and we do room service pool bar and every day o.d.c. aprox.100 to 250 pax for Dubai tour.

Radisson got 375 rooms and three restaurant Indian, Japanese, Chinese and continental. Outdoor catering for up to 500 pax. Two airline crew contract Air India and Singapore air lines. One coffee shop and two bars with V.I.P. lounge.

Sheraton Deira hotel and towers ideally located in the heart of the city of Dubai it has 5 floors accommodating 224 modern rooms and suits, including junior suits, executive suits towers room and 1 royal suit. Sheraton has 6 outlets including 24 hours room service.
Restaurant- International all day dining with 75 seating capacity the turnover of breakfast is between 150 to 200 pax lunch and dinner is normal between 40 to 45. Le Cafe- an informal meeting venue for light meals or drinks during the day. Al Majlis- Traditional Arabic restaurant with the capacity of 95 pax. Lindbergh bar- Themed Piano Bar.
Studio- African Themed Night Club. In towers floor we have towers lounge is exclusively for the use of the towers guest. Towers lounge for a private check-in and check-out including high class breakfast. Hotel also have Banquet and meeting facilities. Elegantly design Al Masha Ballroom that caters from 550 to 850 pax.

Bahrain Sheraton is a prime property in Bahrain and is situated in the Diplomatic area of Bahrain with about 256 redesigned deluxe rooms 41 suites. Outlets like the Coffee shop (Al Safir, with a seating capacity of 100-120) open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Iranian fine dining restaurant (Golestan), Chinese restaurant (which was earlier a Eurasian restaurant, Soie), Swimming pool pergola, 24 hour room service, Self service restaurant, Executive floors with breakfast, High tea, Late snacks, and a Bar, 2 banquet halls with a seating capacity of 300 to 400 guests and Outside caterings for a maximum of 3,500 covers, and pre-plated. Functions for up to 400 guests, a lobby level café and meeting rooms.
Staffing of 400 on total and a kitchen brigade of 52 inclusive of an Executive Chef.
