• Continuous Batch/job analysis and resolving job failures by analyzing log details and monitoring tools 
• Creating and updating Remedy/Service Now tickets for change and incident management to document analysis and recovery steps, responsible for Incident Communication and involved in various Incident management calls.

• Responsible for providing Support in Level depending on the type of the issues and ensure to meet Client’s SLA.
• Monitoring batch jobs in Autosys & TWS.
• Preparing the Status report for batch and analyzing DB for Report generation and distribution.
• Analyzing the transfer fault and manually uploading file to client site via FTP and deliver files though client based tools.
