Purpose of the Role:
To design, implement, and manage training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of candidates, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analysis and develop relevant curriculum.Deliver training sessions in language, aptitude, and related subjects.
Guide and mentor junior trainers to improve their performance.
Assess candidate progress and provide constructive feedback.
Update and refine training materials to align with current standards.
Prepare reports and coordinate with the management team.
