Partner with regional/factory quality and commercial team to ensure ingredient and packaging materials’ compliance, including food safety, specification, regulatory requirements and other requirements. Lead supplier qualification process to ensure that factories can purchase and use qualified materials from approved suppliers only.
Drive the implementation of the iD Fresh Foods SQM (Supplier Quality Management) programs and promote consistent practices.
Conduct supplier’s quality audit and follow up supplier CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Actions),
responsible for tracking and reporting supplier audit status.
Facilitate communication between global Spec team, local suppliers and the 3rd party labs to ensure effective execution of the regular lab testing program.
Build suppliers’ quality awareness, QA capability and continuous improvements on facilities, process and people competency, through on-site visiting, training & regular communication.
Cooperate with Factory QA to reduce raw materials’ NCR (Non-conformity Report) to mitigate the quality and supply risks.
Since Jan’20 – Sep’21 || Guntur Site || Pearl Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (PepsiCo India)|| Executive - QFS
Responsible for Pepsico Beverage Quality systems implementation at site.
Played key role in AIB audits and achieved 920 score for the year 2020.
Handled Hot fill (Slice) Juice line and Aseptic Tetra pack 125ml projects at Pearl Beverages TPM site.
Worked with Pepsico R&D team and launched new products of Moutain dew Ice and 7up Nimbooz.
Developed Training program and trained employees on Quality systems.
RO rejection water project executed and reduced water TDS in Aquafina Drinking water line and increased productivity.
Nominated for new CSD line installation and commissioning for Jai Beverages Pvt ltd, J&K unit from
Pepsico team.
Worked with Pepsico regional sanitation manager and increased CIP timeline for STING energy drink from
