Senior Quality Control Inspector (Packaging)
Currently handling the Packaging Design/Digital/Print teams. Creating high-end creative print collaterals. Responsible for the props end-to-end model quality outputs and enhancing the team’s skillsets.
Trapping Concepts, Printing issues/QC meetings. Identify the solution and implement process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency
Senior Quality Controller, Team Lead
Get concept and Idea with details via email from the clients and sharing it with designers to design all print/design collaterals.
Handle the queue & assign the project to the right person to meet client expectations, take client calls to understand their expectations, provide feedback and solution to the designers
Train the new entrants, Lead, develop and coach the GDs and SGDs. Check on time deliverable and auditing ongoing quality (AOQ) as well
Conduct Design/QC meetings. Identify, find solution and implement process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency
Creating pagination for all Design products and 92 Multilanguage's (include Arabic, Urdu, Farsi and all Latin & Asian Languages).
Act as Back-up HOD in the absence of project coordinators

Create charts and recreate Logos in Illustrator. Recreate page layouts in Illustrator as per the specific format. Edit corporate Ads in InDesign/Quark and Illustrator
Creating Cover Design in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for Ads. Creating inner layouts in Quark/PageMaker/InDesign for all Products
Creating templates in Quark/PageMaker/InDesign for all Page inner information pages/Edition Books
