System Administrator at Matrimony.com (2025-06 – 2026-01)

Resolve issues related to system, application, peripherals and network daily on tickets basis. Used Faveo Ticketing tool for Tickets management and ManageEngine for remote desktop access.
Monitoring Vicidial server, GSM gateway, PRI lines, Routers, Switches, Wireless APs, ILL and Broadband link using Icinga monitoring tool. If anything goes down we do escalate that to appropritate team or particular vendor and Coordinate with them until the issue resolves.
Installation of Windows and Linux OS on client machines and managing user accounts and groups in Vicidial server. Run Shell scripts to allocate the leads to the server.
Assists with L2 Engineers during firewall updates, server updates and new device installation.
Maintaining IT assets details of in-floor and retail stores using Asset Explorer.
Syncing KAV & SEQRITE on endpoint devices to ensure all are connected with AV server to avoid any security exposure.
Regularly checking SIMs status of GSM gateway to avoid any business impact and escalating the issue to manager for further process if any caused.
Allocating laptops to new employees with necessary application such as Mail(Thunderbird or Outlook) and Forticlient VPN.
Responsible for dispatching IT assets to new retail stores as well as recovering assets from closed retail stores and resolving VPN issues in retail stores.
