I'm a physiotherapist with a strong interest in both clinical rehabilitation and real-world movement. My journey in physiotherapy has given me exposure to a wide range of conditions — from musculoskeletal pain to respiratory and neurological rehabilitation. Along with this, my background in sports physiotherapy and on-field experience has helped me understand injuries not just clinically, but also in terms of performance and recovery.

I've worked with musculoskeletal injuries and movement-related pain, inspiratory muscle training for conditions like Emphysema, balance and gait training in cases such as Diabetic Neuropathy, and on-field injury management and immediate care during sports activities. Being on the field taught me how important quick decision-making, functional recovery, and return-to-activity planning really are. I've also contributed to a case-based publication focusing on the physiotherapy management of combined respiratory and neurological conditions, which reflects my interest in evidence-based practice.

Over time, I've developed a growing interest in ergonomics and workplace health. I often see how long hours, poor posture, and lack of movement quietly lead to pain — especially in working professionals.

My focus is simple: not just reducing pain, but helping people understand their body better and move with confidence.
