I work in People Management role where i do Quality check, assign volumes, create SOP'S for the process. In addition to this, i also reconcile the values and the information which is uploaded.
I started as an Analyst in Wells Fargo in 2017. Later i was promoted to Senior analyst as Volume manager where i used to manage the team of 16 and also help the Management for the delivery of the volumes and handelling the client calls on a regular basis. I used to provide the information they required by the client.
Later, i moved to CRE in SitusAmc where i am Senior analyst and help the management in work allocation, Quality check, assignment of volumes and to reconcile “what is and what is to be.”
