• Responsible petty cash & Bank Transactions.
• Responsible for accounting activities [Provision JV, DN, CN]
• Responsible for Sale & Purchase entry.
• Import date in Tally Software from other with Easy Auto4 Software.
• Communicate with Creditors for update accounts.
• Prepare Monthly Creditor Outstanding List and make payment.
• Reconciliation of Bank & Creditors, Debtors as required.
• Coordinates with other Department to flow day to day business activities.
• Account ledgers scrutiny on monthly basis.
• Monthly Salary checking & Monitoring Employee advance.
• E-payment of GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF Etc.
• TDS data submission quarterly for return purpose.
• File / Prepare GST return data, GSTR2B reconciliation & send to consultant.
• Net Banking RTGS, NEFT & bulk payment transfer.
• Prepare final accounting data and coordinate with CA for Audit.
• Prepare required documents about IT, S.Tax & other Notices as per CA.
• Prepare PSI Subsidy Documents as per consultant requirement.
• Setup accounting system as required by management.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Store & Production Dept for Day to Day Activities.
• Taking Cenvat of Part I & II & Calculation of Service Tax GTA.
• TDS return data organization & submission Quarterly to HO.
• Professional Tax challan Data Preparation & Audit work.
• Keep record of "C" form & follow-up with branch office.
• Online application for MPCB consent renewal.
• Traveling & Other expenses booking of employees.
• Other Report as per Management Requirement.
