Rahul Erni

I’m a recent law graduate from Mahindra University with a strong interest in litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, and corporate/commercial law. Through internships and practical exposure, I’ve developed skills in legal research, drafting, case analysis, and understanding matters from both a legal and practical perspective.

I’m a quick learner, comfortable taking responsibility, and open to working across practice areas. I’m currently looking for an opportunity where I can build strong practical experience, work closely with experienced lawyers, and grow into a well-rounded legal professional. I’m also open to relocating for the right opportunity.

Assisted with litigation and insolvency-related matters.

Conducted research involving the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Companies Act, and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
