• Developed a transformer-based deep learning solution using call transcripts to calculate the NPS score for a business.
• Used transformer based models and created some intelligent rules to identify customers among detractors, promoters and passives from the call transcript.
• Further developed a smart solution to sub categorize detractors, promoters and passives classes
