Currently working on contract basis for LPG transportation.
- Maintain different types of valves, gaskets, flanges and sectionalizing valve (SV) maintenance and quarterly sectionalizing valve performance test
- HPU (Hydraulic pressure unit) maintenance
- EEE (Emergency Evacuation Equipment) operation
- 100kva diesel Generator preventive & schedule maintenance
- Basket filter maintenance
- Annual PIG (Pipeline inspection gauge) launching and receiving operation & Handling and dust sample collection
- PIDS (Pipeline intrusion detection system) operation
- Insure quality checks of welded LPG and Fire water pipeline, air vessels with helps of NTD testing like DPT, MPT, UT, LRUT, SRUT and Hydrotesting
- The Mass-Flow-Meter is disassembled jointly mechanical and instrumentations every 6 months to check its working efficiency and after calibration reassembled
- Monitoring to check the quality of the painting material or the painting work being done in LPG & FIREWATER PIPELINE, UTILITIES AND STRUCTURES
- Check the MICRON accuracy of each layer of paint coating with helps of DFT (DRY FILM THICKNESS) meter
