• Manage procurement of primary and secondary pharmaceutical Raw and packaging materials as per production and material requirements.
• Source packaging materials such as printed cartons, labels, aluminium foil, PVC, Alu-Alu foil, shipper, bottles, caps, and other approved packing components.
• Source Raw materials(Active) such as Paracetamol, Azithromycin, Amoxicillin, pantoprazole, levocetrizine, montelukast sodium, etc.

• Follow up on open purchase orders, dispatches, deliveries, shortages, and delayed materials to minimize production interruptions.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for material specifications, approved vendors, samples, artwork/specification requirements, and quality-related issues.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment based on consumption, production plans, lead time, and available inventory.
• Support vendor development by identifying alternate suppliers and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Coordinate GRN, invoice, purchase documentation, and commercial discrepancies with Stores and Accounts teams.
• Prepare purchase-related MIS, pending PO reports, vendor comparison statements, and procurement status updates.
