- Support to execution of on-farm demonstrations and farmers participatory trials under climate resilient agriculture program.
- Day-day field visit of on-farm demonstrations and participatory trials in the project.
- Collections of farmers participatory trials/ demonstrations data and monitoring field activities with supervision of the project leader.
- Maintenance of the records of input supplied, machinery and other services provided to the farmers by the project in structured format.
- Organize the officials field visits to the on-farm demonstrations and participatory trials in project areas.
- Assist to organize the farmers training programs with senior level staff.
- Assist field team for agricultural seed production operations such as roughing, detasseling, rejections etc.
- Monitor stock levels of field supplies, consumables, and basic equipment; prepare lists of required items and coordinate with supervisors.
- Provide field progress, any issues, and supply needs to supervisors to support smooth implementation of the project activities.
- Other activities assigned by field supervisor.
