- Machine Handling job Responsibilities Die casting 250T, Moulding 180T, Auto PLC Rotor Turning, CNC, VMC, Winding Machine, CED Paint Shop, lathe, Grinding, Barloader CNC, Rotor Turning, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, RO Plant, LT Panel, D.G set 625 KVA, HV Tester, Hydro-Pneumatic Press 15T, Hydraulic Press 20T, Drilling Multi, Tapping Multi, Hoist 3T, Centrifugal Polishing machine, Traub 25 CNC machine etc.
- To check and solve control panel problem regarding Plc panel furnace, induction hardening, slot blasting etc.
- All type of breakdown maintenance easy to solve in shift rotation.
- Planning of day to day maintenance Activities.
- To monitor and keep daily records.
- To plan Maintenance activities as per approved PM schedule.
- Responding promtly to breakdown of CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning, Boring machine, EOT cranes, and electrical equipment.
- Diagnosed machine issues using CNC/PLC method and resolved them, particularly with Fanuc Controllers.
- Rich knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic, and spindle, and carried out tasks such as upgrades, modification, and 5S implementation.
- Supervising installation activity to ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Participating in reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive maintenance (TPM) intiatives to optimize equipment performance.
- To monitor daily preventive maintenance schedule.
- Ability to accept responsibilities & deliver results.
- Responsible for monthly maintenance reports
- Planning & Arrangement of all routine maintenance Schedule.
- Also knowledge & working on Calibration.
- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and calibration activities in adherence to the respective SOPs.
- Also knowledge for pharmaceutical packaging plant in maintenance work.
- Planning for maintenance day to day handling manpower.
- Preventive maintenance of all moulding machine, High speed vaccum 300T machine, Hydraulic Press 50T machine, Mixing mill, Dispersion Kneader, 3Roller Calender, 4Roller calender, Bias Cutter, Mixing machine, Reometer, Autoclave, Injection moulding, Devanshi Robot, Alfa Robot, Assembly Auto PLC machine, Horizontal sealing Auto PLC machine, Washing, Dryer, R.O.Plant, lathe machine, cnc machine, cooling tower, Water chiller, Grinding, Transformer, DG set, LT Panel, Printing machine, Mechanical Press
- Also knowledge for utilities plant work handling.
- Responsible for SOP document maintenance Breakdown, Preventive maintenance, Uitility maintenance & Monthly / Yearly maintenance schedules, machine check point report.
- Updating records and reports of cGMP documents and ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and GEP at the workplace.
- Periodic maintenance of critical safety devices of all equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant software, Autocad etc.
- Plant engineering uptime, MTBF & MTTR.
- Implementation of department report energy showe.
- Hand on experience in maintainance fault finding of hydraulic and pneunmatic systems of CNC machines.
