As the Operations Manager at RaamSetu, I was responsible for managing the complete day-to-day operations of our agricultural e-auction platform. My responsibilities included onboarding farmers and buyers, coordinating with local handlers, planning commodity auctions, ensuring quality inspection, supervising weighing, packaging and logistics, and making sure payments were completed smoothly.

I also worked on vendor and buyer relationship management, process improvement, inventory and trade documentation, and resolving operational issues quickly to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Under my operational management, RaamSetu facilitated more than ₹6 crore worth of agricultural commodity trade while maintaining efficient coordination between farmers, buyers, and logistics partners.

• Betul (2021) Established an agro-commodity e-auction platform, Raam Setu, to bridge gaps in the agricultural value chain and create better market access for farmers and Food industries.

Operations - Skywards Logistics Private Limited & Good day Express Nagpur - Nagpur (2014 - 2017) - Managed end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, dispatch, delivery scheduling, and fleet coordination.

• Coordinated with drivers, transporters, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitored shipment movement and resolved operational issues to maintain service quality.
