Rahul Upadhyay

I am an alumni engagement strategist and community builder based in Delhi. I have spent over seven years scaling global alumni networks in the higher education space, connecting thousands of graduates across 60+ countries. Currently, I work at Ashoka University, focusing on alumni engagement and building meaningful stakeholder relationships.

I am also deeply passionate about inclusion and advocacy, having founded the Gandhinagar Queer Pride Foundation. I actively serve on the board of InterPride as the Co-President. When I am not strategizing engagement campaigns, you can find me practicing on my inline skates, painting, traveling, or unwinding with a good horror movie.

Board of Director and Co-President at InterPride. I co-lead a global LGBTQIA+ pride network and spearheaded international WorldPride events.
