• Lead end-to-end test strategy for the current Casino Platform workstream — defining test scope, risk-based prioritisation, and sprint-level QA planning; mentor and guide 2 junior QA engineers, hold release sign-off authority, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and product managers throughout the release cycle.
• Build Playwright + TypeScript automation for the Casino Platform — creating end-to-end test coverage using Page Object Model architecture, integrating with the Jenkins CI pipeline, and running tests in parallel across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.
• Automate 10+ REST API flows using REST Assured — covering lobby templates, CASIA GYML/SYML features, user targeting templates, jackpot configurations, and favourites.
• Contribute to the Lobby Management Tool (LMT) to enhance user engagement through personalized game recommendations — validate key APIs including Recently Played, Favourite Games, and Top Ten Games.
• Reduce regression testing time and ensure on-time completion of testing cycles through Playwright-driven regression, exploratory testing, and backend data validation.
• Lead post-deployment production sanity across a 3-datacenter rollout strategy — after each datacenter deployment, execute the JMeter API test suite to validate all services before promoting the release to the next datacenter; run frontend sanity to verify critical user journeys are intact. Monitor logs across all service nodes via mRemoteNG throughout the deployment window, catching exceptions before they reach end users.
• Perform backend data validation using Oracle SQL Developer (Oracle DB), Robo3T (MongoDB), and mRemoteNG — verifying lobby template tables, player session tables, gaming transactions, and player account state against a platform operating under gambling regulation across 47 markets where data errors carry direct legal and financial exposure.
• Led the QA team on an initial Casino Platform sub-project (Team Gamification, ~5 QA and 12 developers) as a senior QA — owned functional test execution, filed defects daily in Jira, chased resolution status with developers, and tracked every bug to closure; simultaneously mentored the QA team, reviewing test cases and guiding triage decisions.
• Use Kiro (AI-powered IDE) and agentic AI workflows to accelerate Playwright framework development — AI-assisted test generation cuts scaffolding time per test case, while automated code review catches selector fragility and missing assertions before merge.
• Twice awarded Star of the Month at ValueLabs — received for quality impact on PAXAFE (automation initiative) and SmartScan projects.
