Working as a Shift-Executive for ground Operations Team / EV-Fleet management 140+ Cabs. Hub Operation Supervisor.
Responsible for Stock Management/Hub Assets. For the Ground Operations.
Maintaining complete documentation for drivers and vehicles, also Managing and train new drivers, Related to Safety and security rules accordingly and supporting them for performance recognition programs.
Monitor vehicle allocation, login/logout compliance, and trip productivity.
Live tracking fleet movement using GPS systems.
Expertise & experience performing maintenance & minor repairs on vehicles. logistics, fleet management, and supply chain management.
Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, workshop visits, and preventive maintenance, Managing accident cases, emergency coordination, and insurance follow-ups.
Handling driver grievances, penalties, and compliance issues.
