• Release & Co-ordination for delivery of Purchase Orders in ERP.
• To ensure that purchasing is done from approved Vendors.
• To ensure that purchasing is done as per monthly purchase plan.
• Items purchased include: Oils & lubricants, Tools & gauges and measuring items, Utility items such as Electrical, Electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics cutting tools related to day to day maintenance & productions, Packing materials, building materials, Furniture, Printing & stationery, labels & stickers, cleaning items, Job work of Tool room, Fabrication, Heat treatment, Production Components from vendors as per schedule.
• Strong follow up with existing vendors to arrange timely delivery of materials.
• Strong co-ordination with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of development of organization.
• Procure materials from manufacturer, authorized dealers and stockiest to avoid delicacy of material, purchase best quality and original material only.
• Good co-ordination with stores dept. to control inventory and keep a check on quality of material.
• Work according to quality systems of company.
