Design and manufacturing jig & fixtures, gauges and machined components. Major customers include Zed axis engineering solutions-UK, Zahoransky, Shanthi Gears Limited, BEML Limited, Sanmar Matrix Metals.
- Having knowledge in measuring instruments like CMM (Make-Zeiss) and general instruments like Vernier, bore checking gauges, micrometers, 2d height gauges, roughness tester
- Creating CMM programs for ferrous & Nonferrous components
- Maintain clean & good environments in standard room
- Overall control for incoming, first sample, In process & final inspections
- Plan coordinate smooth function of metrology lab to provide the required calibration service to operations and conducting MSA as preplan
- Planning for new gauges, instruments & fixtures
- Experience in using quality tools & having strong knowledge GD&T
- High technical expertise to read and understanding technical drawings
- Ensure the process capable as per result of cp,cpk and run chart
- Actively involved in various function of QA i.e. kaizen implementation
- Having knowledge in weld martials inspection, (ensured welding cracks and welding as per drawing positioning)
- Plan & coordinate to obtain & maintain certification of QMS, ISO 9001:2015
- Implement all relevant procedures described in QMS and ensure compliance
- Planning organizing & coordinate for internal & external audits and management review meetings
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
- Tacking action against customer complaints by putting in containment actions, full analysis, and implementing short-term & long-term countermeasures and promoting awareness of system & customer requirements
- Handling Customer complaint
- Warranty analysis & report verifying
- New product development Process and product validation as per customer requirement
- Supplier improvement assure customer requirement
- Lead the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks
- Worked closely with CNC Machining, Blow & Injection moldings, tooling & die making, Forging, and casting process
- Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
- Monitoring of supplier performance on monthly basis and reports shared with suppliers
- Cost reduction activates through simplify the process, material, man & time
- Managing suppliers and conducting process audits
- Investigated defective parts on the assembly line or in the warehouse to confirm root cause of the problem
- Monitor supplier CAPA, Layout inspection report and SPC as per plan
- Maintained and managing quality records
- Provided technical support to manufacturing to help identify root causes for defects
- Submission of weekly/monthly reports on process rejection, quality observation & violation to quality engineer
- Analyzing customer complaints and market claim parts and take countermeasure to avoid this in future
- Recreating or simulation test for customer complaint parts to find the root cause
- Warranty part analysis & finding the root cause & tacking corrective action
- Customer related e.g., Handling Customer complaints, Warranty, Return and their action plan in the form of PPSR (practical problem-solving report) like 8D form and there supporting documents and preparation their monthly and yearly analysis
- Follow up for CAPA & Effectiveness of External audits, Internal Audits and MRM for their closure
- Quality Team member of Management Review Meeting as per Frequency & Prepare Minute of Meeting of MRM
- Monitoring deployment of countermeasure in the relevant department Process for quality improvement
- Conducting monthly QFM (Quality Functional Meeting) & review quality activities
