• Responsible for working on the rear axle and E-axle
• Making drawings and 3D CAD models using CREO
• Responsible for the release of drawings & 3D CAD data in Siemens Teamcenter
• Individually, work on the given tasks, drawing & 3D mode checking & release
• Handling manufacturing-related issues
• Preparing PPTs & Excel sheets for meetings as per requirements
• Responsible for completing tasks by coordinating with teammates
• Responsible for making Balloon drawings of complete assembly in CREO

Design Engineer at Premium Transmissions Private LTD (2022-11 – 2023-12)

Design Engineer role focusing on gearbox design and technical documentation

• Responsible for creating the dimensional drawings, main assembly drawings, part drawings, and complete bill of materials
• Responsible for analyzing the incoming inquiries and SOF from the sales department and preparing accurate GA drawings and sectional drawings of gearbox in small planetary and crystallizer
• Handling the job of checking and creating drawings & bill of material in SAP before it is released to manufacturing
• Responsible for preparing technical data sheet as per inquiries coming from the sales department and raw material data sheet and sending for costing
• Responsible for preparing 3D models for special types of helical as well as planetary gearboxes as per customer requirements
• Preparing GA drawings as per the supply order form
• Creating 3D models for special products in Creo & also for standard products after getting sales order
• Doing Kissys calculations for Special type of helical gearboxes and preparing AutoCAD layout sectional of gearbox
• International order projects of spl. planetary & spl. helical gearboxes
