Currently working as Regional Head Sales-PSL (Retail Agri) and heading the Odisha state under priority sector lending with Internal Grade- ALT (Associate Leadership Team). Responsible for Farm Equipment (TRACTOR LOAN & AGRI. LOAN) for all over ODISHA with a large size team (70) no of employees under supervision.

Focusing on farm equipment products to the farmers, business man and contractor profile customers. Currently handling 300 Cr portfolio of FE business with heading to the Odisha state and visiting all selected tractor dealers, appoint new potential dealer, visiting delinquent and high profile customers, cross visit to reporting employees, properly tracking the file sourcing, logging, disbursement along with cev, pdav, compliance, PDD and monitoring the actioning on MIS through MS Teams and face to face meeting to minimize the delinquents and FTR or logging quality. As a Banker 360* business is the important parameter to mitigate the PBT of the organisation.

Apart from this looking for the P&L, minimizing the OPEX and maximizing the PBT. YOY 15 Cr of PBT contributing to the bank from the product of Farm Equipment.
