Experience in monitoring, deployment management, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis. Proficient in Postman, ServiceNow, Proton Application Lifecycle Management Tool, and Oracle SQL Developer. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise integration best practices. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
