Working on the 4C's of the underwriting process, my expertise lies in reviewing borrowers' and merchants' documents to conduct thorough due diligence and assess creditworthiness. I analyze various financial statements including cash flow statements, profit and loss documents, and balance sheets. Additionally, I examine sales agreements, credit reports, appraisal reports, and title reports.

My primary goal is to evaluate the risk associated with borrowers and determine their eligibility for a loan. I am responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications and issuing conditional approvals if any required documents are missing. Furthermore, I utilize income statements to verify the financial strength of the borrowers.

I am completed my Graduation in Commerce from Mumbai University
