Loving my job as a Science facilitator since last 23 years; as a High school Biology teacher in ICSE board for 15 years and the rest in IB school as ascience/Biology MYP teacher and ESS IBDP teacher. Currently holding the position of MYP assistant coordinator and MYP science HOD.
Passionate about making the teaching and learning interesting by application of innovative and student centred tools and strategies. Have developed good presentation skills and has the ability of conducting sessions for staff members on teaching methods in IB.
2014 to Present day- working as science MYP teacher in Choithram International school ( IB)
Attended ‘ Cambridge professional development’ worshop
Attended IB workshop on ‘Understanding the MYP’, on IDU and a DP workshop on ESS
Has undergone IB evaluation Twice successfully
Currently holding the post of MYP assistant Coordinator, GSP coordinator, IDU coordinator and MYP Science HOD
Teaching Science and Biology in MYP and ESS in DP.
B.Ed from Nagpur University (First division)
PROJECT WORK:Worked as a technical assistant at Rani Durgavati University (Jabalpur) in AICP ( All India Coordinated Project) sponsored by MEF( Ministry of environment and forest) on Aeroallergens and Human Health during 1995 to 1997.
M.Phil: In Botany during 1994-1995 from Rani Durgavati Secured 73 percent and was placed First in merit.
Dissertation- Study on impact of pesticides on population and activities of phosphate solubilizing fungi.
