Company Secretary & Chief Legal Officer at Carnation Auto India Pvt. Ltd. (2012-02 – 2013-11)

Headed Legal & Secretarial Department. The Company started by Mr. Jagdish Khattar, erstwhile Managing Director of Maruti Udyog Limited and having more than 22 Workshops PAN India, which provide multi-model solutions by way of offering repair & service facilities, insurance, accessories, parts & spares, for all types of Cars.

Sr. Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary at AVTEC Limited (2011-06 – 2012-01)

Headed Legal & Secretarial Department. The Company is one of the Group Company of renowned C. K. Birla Group and operates in manufacture and sale of engine, parts, components & transmissions to giant Automobile OEMs like Mahindra, Tata, Ford, General Motors, etc. Annual turnover: Rs. 625 crores (approx.).

Sr. Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary at Gateway Rail Freight Limited (2010-05 – 2011-06)

Headed Legal & Secretarial Department. The Company is a subsidiary of Gateway Distriparks Ltd. (GDL) and operating their own container carrying trains on all Indian Railways network under a License from Indian Railways towards Private partnership in Public spaceto run trains all over the Indian Railway Network and also provides other logistic services including Inland Container Depots and Multi-Modal transportation. Company Secretary & Sr. Manager (Legal) at Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd. (2006-09 – 2010-05)

Headed Legal & Secretarial Department. The company is a manufacturer and seller of road and construction equipments like Cranes, Road Rollers, Compactors, etc. Annual turnover: over Rs. 600 crores.

Company Secretary at Allied Nippon Ltd. (2005-12 – 2006-09)

The company is a manufacturer of Brake Shoes, Brake Pads, Brake Linings, Railway Brakes and supply to all major automobiles manufacturers viz. Maruti Udyog Limited, Hero Honda, Bajaj, Honda, ect. Allied Nippon Limited is a joint venture company in collaboration with Japan Brakes Industrial Corporation with 26% equity stake. As a Department Head, handling independently all the secretarial and legal functions performed in the Company and its 11 group companies.
