 Determining performance goals and developing validation plan to ascertain application complies with performance SLAs devising performance validation strategy subjecting them to Load, stress, duration and scalability test conditions  Steering performance-related design discussions and planning with Development  Acting as performance consultant for development teams and engaging with team members to design and support forthcoming generation of applications  Associating with product managers and development teams to comprehend performance implications for features in every release development lifecycle

 Exploring workload characteristics to develop balanced suite of performance workloads  Coordinating with teams productively in globally distributed environment  Instrumental in heap analysis and JVM tuning

 Superintending and assessing performance concerns which pop up during executions to recognize potential bottlenecks  Developing stories in JIRA dashboard for multiple performance testing projects and monitoring them to closure

 Contributing to capacity benchmarking following application usage patterns, benchmarking current resource capacity and preparing for every upscale and downscale  Carrying out reliability validations check to ascertain zero or minimal downtime or negative impact on applications  Communicating with clients on everyday basis for updating status  Suggesting PT team to develop responders if found challenges in downstream applications  Tracking Responder hosts in CTP
