My name is Rajesh K Hadiya; I am an entrepreneur and researcher with a strong background in business, management, operations, human resources, strategic partnerships, cost management, research, science, and technology. I am eagerly seeking to join good people or organizations to make big businesses by applying operational excellence. I was born in a small village in Gujarat into a family with a mixed background in farming and business. A few significant events in my life have shaped me into a stronger personality, including the loss of my parents at a very early age. Since then, I have balanced both my studies and business responsibilities on my own.
I have completed my PhD in Neurodegenerative Diseases and Cancer Drug Discovery at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar). I have received the most prestigious and highly competitive Prime Minister fellowship for my research and industrial collaboration. As part of this fellowship, I have worked with a reputed pharma company, Sushen Medicamentos Pvt.
Ltd. We submitted multiple patents and papers as an output of my PhD and this fellowship. I have used a collaborative approach and worked with prestigious institutes and companies and managed many people, which include the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, CSIR-Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI) Lucknow, CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research (CSIR-IITR) Lucknow, Centre of BioMedical Research (CBMR) Lucknow, Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi and Shiv Nadar University Delhi-NCR and
Being Gujarati and a hustler, I have been in business since childhood and have been involved in multiple businesses, which include Retail and Dairy family business, Coaching institute, Agriculture product trading, Construction material trading, Industrial scrap trading, Biodiesel manufacturing, Edtech and IT-Services. Right now, I am working as a part-time consultant, advisor and investment banker for some Startups, Businesses and Companies, including Manufacturing, Research, Import-Export, IT, AI, Marketing, Ceramic tiles, Textiles, etc.
Before joining PhD, I worked with Abbott Laboratories as an Operation Executive; this time, I managed different tasks, including Process monitoring method development, Validation, Bath realizes process optimization, Procurement, Operations, Audit, IT, Sales and Marketing.
I am a practical and result-oriented personality. I believe that the right strategy and execution play the most crucial part in the growth of any organization. I love to do research, case study analyses, and brainstorm to create the right strategy because the right plan can make the job easier and more effective in achieving the goal.
Execution mostly depends on people; during my journey (both academic and corporate), I have worked with and managed many people from top Government and Private organizations, including Universities, Research organizations, Companies, Startups, etc. I always try to get the best from people by understanding and analyzing their psychology. I am a great problem solver and can work with staff from the ground level to the C-Suite; I can work with people working on the shop floor and try to deliver the best work before the deadline.
I can work with investors or board members to discuss company growth.
