Throughout my career, I have successfully executed safety engineering scopes across all project phases, including Concept, FEED, and Detailed Engineering. In my recent role as Lead Loss Prevention Engineer at Worley, Malaysia, I spearheaded safety studies and technical safety designs for high-profile assets, such as the FEED for PTTEP's Lang Lebah offshore development (comprising two wellhead platforms, a central processing platform, and living quarters), Qatar Petroleum's ISND Phase 5.2, and North Oil Company's Gallaf project. These complex scopes required directing layout safety and inherently safer design reviews, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, FERA, EERA, ESSA, LOPA, and Bow-Tie analyses, as well as establishing Safety Critical Elements (SCE) performance standards.

My deep technical expertise also encompasses active/passive fire protection system design, firewater demand and hydraulic calculations, Fire & Gas system mapping and detection, hazardous area classification, and safety/escape route layouts. Furthermore, my adaptability across different energy sectors and regulatory landscapes is highlighted by my tenure as Lead Technical Safety Engineer for Petrofac on the BorWin3 HVDC offshore wind platform project in Germany, where I delivered comprehensive technical safety scopes compliant with German regulations, VdS standards, and international practices.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and am a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), supplemented by advanced credentials in Chemical Hazards and Process Safety from the University of California, Davis, and Khalifa University. I have a proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, EPC contractors, operators, and third-party consultants to ensure that safety and technical integrity are seamlessly integrated into project designs.
