PSML is a 100% Subsidiary of Bosch for Plastic parts, and having some other customers as Brembo, Endurance, Piaggio, Dana. For rubber parts. PSML Has Two Different auto motive divisions, Plastic Division and Rubber division. Plastic elements (thermoplastic) for cars like Brake system Reservoir, Piston, Booster Assembly Child parts. The second provides Rubber precise seal, Nonreal for booster assembly, Diaphragm for Brakeseal.

• Preparation & maintaining Daily, Monthly, checklist, task list & History cards
• Handled mold break down on machine tonnage from 80T to 4500TM/c
• Maintaining Moul preventive maintenance & improvement activity with senior person
• Modification & correction workfolk
• Experience in all type of Conventional Machine-Like Milling, Grinding, Lathe, Drilling Etc
• Experience in Hot Runner Systems Handling Such as HRS, YUDO, Sylvanite
• Responsible for maintaining 5S, Healthy & good working condition
• Mold safety improvement & conforms the safety factors of mold
• Involved in documentation of tool room related functions for ISO9000 certification
• Experienced in Using Measuring & Checking Instruments Like Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Gauges, Dial Indicator
• Work in mold assembly, sporting, shutting, blue matching
• Check Specifications conformity when receiving new Molds
