As a Manager at MTNL, I have been leading and overseeing the network design and implementation of various projects for the telecom giant. With 18+ years of experience in the industry, I have acquired multiple Cisco certifications, including CCIE-RS and CCIE-S, which demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in routing, switching, and security technologies. I have also developed and enhanced my skills in Cisco routers, network troubleshooting, network optimization, and network security, which enable me to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions for MTNL and its customers.

• Responsible for development, maintenance and troubleshooting primarily Cisco, Juniper, Ericsson, Alcatel and Huawei based environment consist of more than 200 branches including routers, firewall, servers, SD WAN,FTTH/PON and switches.

• Manage, configuration, deployment and support for routers, switches and firewalls.

• Implementation of security process and procedure to protect network and operating system from vulnerabilities.

• Lead technical discussion and project and work collaboratively with corporate customers to meet their requirements.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting the network logs and monitoring the network using various NMS tools.

• Evaluate, define and mange infrastructure strategy to ensure capabilities of supporting current and future business demands at optimal cost, forecasting and resource allocation with regards to network project.
