• On-site (Dubai, UAE) assignment for a period of 4 months involving preparation of Dubai municipality approval drawings & liaison with the authority for approvals-related works. 
• Supported the Project Team with any MEP information affecting the progress of the construction works and had regular technical discussions with the clients to understand their requirements
• Coordinated with clients, contractors, site office, and team members regarding design and drawings.
• Planning, Assigning, Directing, Coordinating, and Monitoring the work of MEP design team members.
• Liaise with authorities for approval.
• Explaining the technical issues and getting the required input and clearance from the client.
• Attending design team meetings with architects and interior designers.
• Attended site review meetings & regular site visits to check the pace of the project.
• Prepared Site reports, Site Audits & also troubleshooting in the site area.
• Reviewed external MEP consultant’s basis of the design, preliminary drawings, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and related calculations to ensure adherence to the required standards and norms.
• Liaisoned with external MEP consultants to effectively implement project activities to the highest standards and to the utmost satisfaction of the management.
• Performed technical compliance reviews of mechanical design documentation produced by consultants and recommended to relevant management for approval.
• Worked as a single contact point for the Design, Execution, Supervision, Coordination, Tender, Finalizing of Contractors, Testing, and Commissioning of MEP Works
• Identified the technical issues and communicate with Consultants/ Client Representatives.
• Provided Technical inputs for Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Medical Gas, Pneumatic tube system, compressed air system, boiler system, Kitchen, Laundry, Electrical, and Extra-low voltage systems.
• Checked the claims, Approved Bills, and verified other team members’ work.
