I’m an Automation Lead and Quality Engineering professional with 13+ years of experience building scalable test automation solutions across web, mobile, APIs, and microservices.

My core expertise includes Playwright with TypeScript, REST API automation, Selenium, Appium, CI/CD, and automation framework architecture. I’ve led and mentored QA teams, driven automation strategy, improved release efficiency, and delivered enterprise-scale quality initiatives.

More recently, I’ve been focused on AI-driven Quality Engineering, including LLM and AI-agent evaluation, prompt validation, DeepEval, MCP, LangChain, agent trace analysis, AI-assisted test generation, and self-healing automation.

I enjoy solving complex quality challenges, building intelligent automation systems, and helping engineering teams move toward faster, smarter, and more reliable software delivery.

I have 13+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and QA leadership, working across web, mobile, API, microservices, and enterprise applications.

Currently, as an Automation Lead at InsuranceDekho, I own the automation strategy and framework architecture across multiple product lines. My responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining scalable Playwright + TypeScript automation frameworks.

• Building API automation using REST Assured and integrating automated validation into CI/CD pipelines.

• Defining overall test strategy, automation roadmap, quality standards, and release governance.

• Leading and mentoring a team of 10+ QA engineers across multiple projects.

• Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to identify quality risks and improve release confidence.

• Driving automation across UI, API, mobile, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Implementing AI-driven Quality Engineering, including LLM/AI-agent evaluation, prompt validation, DeepEval, MCP, LangChain, agent trace analysis, AI-assisted test generation, and self-healing automation.

• Improving automation efficiency and reducing regression execution time through framework optimization.

• Supporting hiring and technical evaluation of QA automation engineers.

Previously, as a Lead SDET at SOTI, I led automation initiatives across identity, mobile, and application platforms, including Appium-based mobile automation with 200+ automated scenarios.

Earlier at TCS and Sapient, I worked on enterprise applications for clients including Boston Scientific, Quest Diagnostics, and Fidelity International, building and maintaining large-scale Selenium/QTP automation and regression solutions.

Overall, my role has evolved from hands-on automation engineering to QE leadership, automation architecture, quality strategy, and AI-powered testing, with a strong focus on building scalable automation and improving engineering productivity.
