- A Strong Leader, working in senior position to effectively manage strategic, production and graphic designers' team to ensure the delivery of projects to the highest creative standards, in time and budget.
- Managing Team of 45 members including Two managers, Three supervisors and another studio staff.
- Interacting with Account Management and Creative Department to give valuable inputs regarding final output in terms of PACKAGING
- Delegating all graphic/production jobs to different work group.
- Understanding and executing all artwork related jobs
- Suggesting client and creative group for material required for the final printing
- Taking part in award winning creative execution by value adding in it
- Estimating, negotiating and executing all jobs through a print production team
- Selecting the vendors (both pre-press units and printers)
- Negotiating with the vendors
- Planning, scheduling and arranging all the creative from artwork to final printing
- Color correction and manipulation required for the final product
- Supervising all kind of printing/outdoor advertising and fabrication jobs
