Currently working as a Software Engineer with around 1.8 years of Experience in HCL Technologies from Sep 12th, 2022 till date. Project Title: DryIce LUCY. Environment: Windows. Technology: NodeJS. Tools: DryIce Lucy Bot and it's consoles, IBM Watson Assistant, Open whisk functions, adaptive cards, HTML5, CSS. Clients that I worked with Graybar, StateStreet, Ascension.

• To create the dialogue flow and configure the responses (responses can be text, videos, images).
• To train the Variations and Intents that are asked by the users.
• To test the responses. (Currently using Manual(Unit) and Photomatic testing)
• Configuring and integrating the bot according to the customer requirements, not only in English but also in multiple languages. Customizing the features of UI, Designing of SOPs(Textual,Video)
• To provide end user support after Go-live, Analyzing the data from the dashboard and training them accordingly. Resolving the issues and updating the bot according to the usage and analysis.
• To resolve the feedbacks given by the testing team.
• To create the API rules in the open whisk Console and configure the dialogue flow.
• Able to train New Colleagues, juniors, and other teams.
• Working on multiple POC's.
