- Responsible for heading the Stores department for its smooth and effective operation.
- Developing and arranging material and in-store displays.
- Two-unit handling store inbound & outbound (Haridwar & Jammu)
- Plan and develop daily / weekly / monthly report. I.e. Fast Moving, Slow Moving, and None Moving.
- Give monthly requirements of all materials to purchase and Plant head.
- Daily basis Co-ordinate with purchase & Production Team for urgent requirement for current planning & advance planning & smooth working.
- Supervising day-to-day activities of the stores. (Unloading, QA Verification, Proper Material handling & Issuing of the materials)
- Ensure streamlined supply of materials for the Plant requirements and no shortage.
- To complete the whole processor from receiving material, making receipt, making checked by Quality Dpt. till account Dpt. in SAP
- Maintain standards of Decoration, safety, hygiene and security at store.
- Smoothly handling and proper tracking of inbound 230-250 vehicles FTL/PTL in one month
- Handle stock inventory of 560 SKU
- To maintain the Min & Max Level of Materials to avoid shortage.
- Daily rejection monitoring in IQC and send back to supplier with debit note.
- Daily basis Reconciliation of all manufacturing & trading material.
- Daily Scrap monitoring and sold-out weekly.
- All scrap is sales as per schedule and price list of the management
- Proper identification of Rack & bins for Materials (ABCD) (Color-coding)
- The material which is issued to the production department as per the BOM on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the overall daily operation of shop floor, ensuring, efficiency and profitability
- Inward vehicle all documents proper checked to PO according & QC verified, after vehicle unloading,
- Generate the MIGO or GRN after Unload vehicle.
- Maintain the excel sheet on daily basis, which do sap match and physical match also
- Belfour Issue & Dispatch recheck any materials and proper manage daily basis.
- All work in the Store done according to the sop.
- Planning future capacity requirements
- All unit handling 12 staff person, Men power, 24 Proper utilization.
- Proper managing the Oven or Hot storage as per SOP.
- Pre planning of Materials & Logistics to overcome the impact of festivals, crop-harvesting etc.
- We get daily orders in which planning the dispatch according to mapping.
- Co-ordination with Transporters, Quarterly meeting to review the issues and action plan & Advance planning
- If the vehicle breaks down en route, after discussion with the transporter, GM, SCM and consignee to resolve the problem, the vehicle is immediately dispatched
- Regular stock audit handling internal & external.
- Minimum & maximum materials stock is fully taken care of in the all Store, & depot filling.
- Monthly Store all unit M.I.S. reports review & submitting to corporate office monthly.
- Immediately report any material damage or short to the informed to unit had.
- All the material is kept in the fixed box, fixed place according to the length/with/height & weight according so that it easy to check.
- SOP According to which material are will come on pilot, will come in boxes or rack will come in first floor, second floor on third floor
- Keeping in view the slow moving and fast moving material, is kept in top and down rack
- Quarterly training plan for the team of Store, Dispatch & Logistics, in which complete information provided about all works, safety, 5S, kaizen and hygiene and other topics.
- Reporting day-by-day activities to Managing directors.
