- Planning and preventive maintenance of various equipment; maintenance of the VRM raw mill supplied by FLSmidth, which has a capacity of 950 TPH. Material handling equipment's such as screw conveyors, drug chains, rotary airlocks, air slides, blowers, and compressors; pollution control equipment's such as E.S.P., bag filters, baghouses, etc.
- Maintenance of hydraulic cylinders.
- Preparation of maintenance schedules and manuals, attending to daily maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
- Keeping records of the daily activity report, break-down report, shutdown report, and daily maintenance checklist (section wise).
- Operation and maintenance of a limestone crusher (1600 tph) and an additive crusher (500 tph)
- Periodic inspection of tools and tackles.
- Shutdown bar chart preparation and monitoring.
