• Led a large-scale data and BI modernization program for a global book publishing client, migrating 200+ ETL pipelines from Talend, Qlik, Snowflake and legacy systems to Google Cloud (Airflow DAGs, BigQuery).
• De-risked the cut-over with parallel runs and reconciliation of new against legacy outputs before go-live.
• Delivered Power BI Embedded with row-level security, so one report set served each distributor securely with personalized data views.
• Delivered 5+ custom web applications and a central portal bringing together applications and BI reports.

Project: Medical Care Company - AI Agents Platform at Primotech

• Product Owner and Solution Architect for an AI-driven operations and productivity portal for a US healthcare client.
• Defined user journeys, business rules, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, scalability considerations and release plans.

Project: Autonomous AI Log Monitoring & Observability Platform at Primotech

• Led the AI and web team that delivered a multi-agent platform which turns production errors into an AI-generated root-cause analysis and a reviewed, ready-to-merge pull request.
• Defined the five-agent workflow (log analysis → code retrieval → fix → independent review → pull request) and each agent's responsibilities and structured outputs, choosing a fixed pipeline over free-planning agents for predictability and cost control.
• Prioritized a centralized logging library with OpenTelemetry trace correlation across Cloud Logging, Cloud Trace and Pub/Sub as the foundation, so agents get full cross-service context.
• Set the guardrails: a token-cost circuit breaker per incident, a reviewer-agent gate, and human approval before merge.

• Owned the product for a market-intelligence tool that identifies and ranks competitor drugs, replacing manual analyst research.
• Designed an LLM-plus-rules approach: AI-assisted discovery and attribute/text similarity modeling provide broad recall, then verification against FDA data provides auditable, regulatory-grade accuracy.
