I have 2 years of experience in AWS. I am working as a Cloud Operations engineer in a leverage team, where we will support 25+ projects. I am using ServiceNow as a ticketing tool and CrowdStrike as endpoint security and cloudcheckr as governance tool to optimize infrastructure with best practices.

To make any changes in the environment we will follow the ITIL best practices by raising Changes Requests, Incidents. We will monitor the environments using CloudWatch and Dynatrace. As a Cloud Operations Engineer collaborating with different teams to maintain account healthy.

I am the primary contact for 4 critical accounts like Bolero, VFS Global, Toyota Financial Services and Kingway Life insurance. For these 4 accounts I will perform the patching and cost optimizing and incident reduction. I will respond to the client emails on priority and fulfills their requirement.

Monthly I have Governance calls with clients where I will discuss with clients what I have did this month and what I have to do.

I have good hands-on experience on AWS Compute services, Storage services, Monitoring services, CloudFormation and AWS Networking.

I have good hands-on experience on ServiceNow, CrowdStrike, Cloudcheckr, Dynatrace.

I am graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PBR vits in 2021 with 72% overall percentage.

I have completed my diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from S V Govt Polytechnic college in 2018 with 82% overall percentage.
