I have got total 19 Yrs of experience into Administration operations and last 11 Yrs i was working as Administration Manager this August 2024 was my last working .

Facility Management & General Administration.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Manage schedules and deadlines.
Managing administrative records in the office such as stationery, office hardware, supplies, courier, bill payment, invoice payment, receipts, online purchase record.
Monitor and maintain an inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Manage and carry out maintenance work at different offices.
Propose and manage any alteration or modification required for different offices.
Coordinate for getting quotations from various suppliers for all admin related purchases.
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Other administrative and secretarial support filing, maintaining records, preparing reimbursements, bill payment, statutory payments, raised invoice payment follow ups.
Responsible for checking the offices assets are in good condition.
Maintenance of AMCs pertaining to office equipment, ensuring compliance with the device level agreements.
Coordinating with tenants and making a note of their complaints and grievances and taking necessary action after approval.
Facilitating online and offline meetings, following up for work related to the same, thereafter.
Inspection of premises, pest control, overlooking maintenance of the same.
Monitor and track for the renewal of any Insurance, license, agreements, registrations/ approvals.
Responsible for checking cleanliness of the office.
Planning administration and project documentation work.
Maintaining good report with Management team, officer, staff, subordinate and external.
Prepare a presentation for the executive level, and draft responses to various correspondence.
Prepare innovative strategies and plans to achieve the target as well as the goals of the organization.
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Handling legal and renewal &Police matters.
Handling Vendor Management.
Handling all personal matters of boards of directors as per communication.
