• 5+ year experience in NOCOLOK FURNACE and REWORK CELL.
• Handling and monitoring Nocolok brazing furnace operations for aluminium heat exchanger/radiator components.
• Managing furnace production activities as per daily production targets and production plans.
• Monitoring critical furnace parameters such as temperature, conveyor speed, nitrogen flow, furnace atmosphere and pressure.
• Ensuring proper nitrogen purging and oxygen control inside the furnace to maintain brazing quality.
• Checking fin, tube, header and joint brazing quality and identifying defects such as leakage, incomplete brazing and poor joint formation.
• Maintaining required furnace speed, core/component gap and loading pattern to achieve optimum productivity.
• Handling and controlling manpower.
• Monitoring hourly production in furnace and rework.
• Troubleshooting furnace-related production problems and coordinating with Maintenance for breakdowns and parameter abnormalities.
• Conducting root cause analysis for brazing defects and immediate corrective actions (ICA).
• Maintaining 5S, safety standards around the furnace area.
• Preparing and maintaining daily production reports, rejection reports, downtime reports.
• Ensuring compliance with SOP, work instructions, process parameters and safety procedures.
• Supporting continuous improvement, productivity improvement, scrap/rejection reduction and process optimization.
• Training and guiding operators on furnace operation, quality requirements and safety practices.
